The oven features the Even-Heat True Convection System, which will fill the interior cavity of this oven with an even temperature that speeds up the cooking process. When you combine this advanced cooking method with the Custom Control Temperature Management System, you will have a super-charged oven. The latter feature will develop a specific temperature that is precise, which is very similar to gas cooking.
